Vegan Up Close - Banana Split Cupcake

I could use a Banana Split Cupcake like this. Sister Mary Eris writes:
"Vegan banana split cupcakes. Warning: Let ganache cool before putting on the cupcake. Duh. However, they are still BEAUTIFUL."
