I saw these in Country Living Magazine and they are just too cute not to share. Aren't they adorable? Baked up in mini bundts, filled with buttercream (recipe can be found on this blog) then lightly glazed and garnished with fondant stumps and vines. I tried them in a cupcake pan but they looked ridiculous. So much so I could not even publish the photo. The bottom bundt needs to be trimmed so it will sit flat.
I have not tried my own little mini bundts but have every intention in doing so for Thanksgiving. Oh my lucky little family!
