My very good friend Sandy Ploy over at Iron Cupcake has a wonderful book that if it is not in your kitchen it should be! Having be involved as a sponsor for Iron Cupcake I must say I was thrilled to see this accomplishment. I am also very happy to see all the fabulous bakers and creative cake artisans who have stepped up and participated faithfully in Iron Cupcake challenges. It is amazing to me how all participating bakers used flavours and textures to design the ultimate cupcake! Cheers to you Sandy Ploy xox

More Cupcakes on Cupcakes
These were the first mini cupcakes on cupcakes I came across while visiting One Pretty Thing who linked up to these precious cakes and a precious story! And a very detailed set of instructions! Thanks Kristan xox
Cupcakes on Cupcakes
I can hardly wait to make these, I bought everything after seeing them on a blog a while back. The sprinkles were more a confetti on the ones I saw, but I adore these too! As time permits I will get my recreation of this magnificent idea uploaded as well! Thanks saucy dragonfly!

Candy Cupcake
I am a firm believer in decorating with fruit chews! I love tootsie brand and starburst for the colours available and the `stay`power Remember to put your topper on right before serving or it will stickie up and if you use salt water taffy it will disintegrate altogether. happy creations and do please send your photos in to our flickr group or upload in our facebook group we would love to see them!

Chicken Cake from Bleeding Heart
I needed a chicken cake delivered down a few states from Chicago and knew who to call. Bleeding Heart! When Michelle says no problem she means it! Having known Michelle for a few years now I have come to understand the trial and triumphs of owning a bakery and this is for sure another one of Michelle's triumphs. The dry ice was a fun time too!
I will have to say this is most definitively the best travelled cake I have seen as most look like they have been kicked to their destination. Thanks again all of you I got to speak with at Bleeding Heart. Call and order one today, you will be glad you did!

Rococo cupcakes!
I love the simplicity of this cupcake as it is so elegant. Recently I made Earl Grey Cupcakes and use this photo as my inspiration to decorate the Earl Grey, infused with rose water cupcakes. They ended up tasting much like Anise Hyssop an Herbal flowering plant with a hint of licorice, The rose water enhances the Bergamot a lot so be easy on how much rose water you add. 1/2 to 3/4 tsp per batch is more than plenty! You will be glad you did!
