My very good friend Sandy Ploy over at Iron Cupcake has a wonderful book that if it is not in your kitchen it should be! Having be involved as a sponsor for Iron Cupcake I must say I was thrilled to see this accomplishment. I am also very happy to see all the fabulous bakers and creative cake artisans who have stepped up and participated faithfully in Iron Cupcake challenges.
