3cups cake flour not self rising
2tsp baking powder
1cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups organic cane sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp Madagascar vanilla
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2tsp coconut oil extract (Loraines)
1 can (13.5) coconut milk
1 cup sweetened flake coconut,chop finely
now you can frost with traditional butter cream or vanilla bean cream cheese.. I like both I also fill with strawberry preserves
so yummy
