Red Velvet Kŭp’kāks w. Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting


This is Melissa writing from Le Petite Kŭpkāk. I created the most fabulous cupcake ever! Well, it's one of my favorites thus far. I know for a lot of people this is their favorite cupcake flavor and the other night I decided to do a trial run for my friends engagement party; they are so darn cupcakalicious! I did a traditional red velvet recipe, and baked them in glassine red cupcake liners and chocolate brown cupcake liners. The frosting is a traditional cream cheese frosting recipe, but I kicked it up a notch by incorporating Madagascar bourbon pure vanilla bean paste; all of these items are of course available through sweet cuppin cakes online store.
